During the Corona Virus pandemic, we've had many brides and other clients stuck in a situation to have to reschedule their wedding or event. We feel terrible this is happening and we're here to help along the way. We're committed to giving you the best entertainment experience.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We're filling up dates very quickly with how many clients are in the same position as you.
We're asking that you give us a few dates that you're interested in so we can see what best fits our schedule during this time and also asking that you please be as flexible as possible.
We do have a no refund policy in our contract so we want to make sure we avoid that by moving your reservation to a new date. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will start that process. There will not be any additional fees to move your reservation.
