Weddings in NC back in full swing
So great to see our weddings back in full swing around North Carolina! Covid-19 didn’t beat us in the Raleigh area, thankfully BUT it was definitely one hell of a ride!
When the pandemic first hit we were seeing bookings drop more and more each week, month after month and the weddings that were booked started cancelling and postponing. It was like one big bad dream. From upset brides to some of our vendor friends having to close their businesses to being financially terrified. This was the case for most vendors in our industry not just us.
We fought left and right to not close down and to not lose everything we worked hard for over the past several years. We worked extremely hard to stay in contact with all couples and all planners and did our best to stay super organized. It was hard BUT we did it.
We want to thank each and every one of our brides, grooms, parents, planners, other vendors, venues, our staff and everyone that helped us push through to make it to the light at the end of the tunnel. We’re glad to be fully back and it finally feels the most normal than it has in over year. We can’t explain the feeling we’ve gotten over the last few weeks to see everyone smiling, laughing and packing the dance floor again. So thankful! 🖤🎶🎤🎧🎶
